Vandals Strike Brookland Midday

At about noon today, a group of vandals drove down South Dakota and Monroe (I'm sure other streets as well) stapling up illegal flyers advertising towing of junk cars.  The number they're using this week is 240-533-7450.

I removed all the signs I saw.  If you see others, consider removing them yourself, or report them to 311.  If you would, please take a moment to give the vandals a call and let them know your thoughts on these crimes.  Perhaps a group effort could encourage them to at least move on to another set of victims.  Thanks!

    Frank,

    This is an ongoing problem. Be sure to get pictures of these people posting to send to the police, DPW, DDOT, DCRA, Councilman McDuffie, and the Mayor. A video would also be good. At South Dakota and Rhode Island Avenue, I daily remove the postings, but they are immediately reposted.
