Washington Youth Garden Activities

The Washington Youth Garden has announced some great opportunities this summer:

Young people (15-18) can apply to the Student Conservation Association (SCA) and request to work  at the Washington Youth Garden! For more information about the

SCA is also currently hiring DC Community Crew Leaders (ages 21 and up).  For more information visit the SCA website.

Finally, "Growing Food... Growing Together" is an interactive family gardening,  nutrition
education, and cooking program facilitated once a month at the Washington Youth Garden. It's a great opportunity for families to spend quality time together to learn about growing food and  healthy eating.
